Dear JOLT Readers -
With this issue we mark the end of our fifth volume since the initial JOLT issue appeared in 2005. To date we have published nearly 200 papers from authors in twelve countries.
In the past tweleve months we have had over 80,000 visits to the JOLT website, an increase of over 75% from the previous twelve months. During these visits over 215,000 JOLT pages were viewed.
In this issue you will find 14 papers covering a variety of topics. Enjoy, and tell your friends and colleagues about JOLT!
Although there are a number of measures by which the quality of a journal is measured, certainly one that is being applied these days is the manuscript acceptance rate. Because a number of you have inquired regarding the JOLT acceptance rate, we heve decided to begin publishing the rate for each volume in the December issue each year. The table below summarizes the figures for 2009.
