With this issue JOLT begins its fourth year. Each year it grows in the number of manuscripts submitted, the number published, and the number of vistors to the site. We are excited about the reception JOLT has received from its readers around the world and thought we'd share some of the journal's statistics with you, our readers.

The graph below shows the ever increasing growth in the number of manuscripts submitted to JOLT and the number of acceptances by JOLT during its first three years.

For over a year we have been tracking the number of visitors to the site, and the graph below shows the steady upward trend in this number. In June 2008, we had over 5,000 site visitors, and that number is almost doubling each year.

Finally, although the vast majority of our readers are in the USA, JOLT reasches a readership that literally spans the globe. The figure below shows that we regularly receive visitors from well over 100 countries, representing over 40 languages.

We thank you for your support and hope you will help us spread the word that JOLT is fast becoming recognized as a preminent online journal.
