With this September issue JOLT begins its sixth year of publication. As always, we thank the many authors and reviewers who make it possible for our journal not only to continue but to flourish.

In addition, we want to extend our warmest appreciation to Maria Luisa Castro Poch and her colleagues at INACAP in Chile for translating into Spanish the titles and abstracts of the papers in this issue. This represents a major step forward toward our goal of making JOLT a truly international journal that the entire world can read. We look forward to our continuing association with INACAP.
