MERLOT Journal of Online Learning and Teaching

Vol. 2, No. 3, September 2006

Letters to the Editor now welcome!

We continue to be pleased with the quality of articles submitted to JOLT and find that the research is spurring excellent discussions among the Editorial Board around the issues related to online learning and teaching. We would like to encourage you to engage in this discussion. We welcome your letters, submitted via e-mail, commenting on the articles featured in JOLT. Your letters should clearly indicate the article(s) you are commenting on and include your full name, affiliation, address and phone number for verification. All letters will be edited for clarity, style, and length. Published letters will include the writer's name and affiliation.

To accommodate the letter volume and range, writers generally are limited to 200 words. In particular, we are interested in where the material featured in JOLT has been re-used in other contexts, or where alternative findings exist. The goal is to provide a forum for open discussion of these issues and development of the scholarship around online learning and teaching.

We hope you will consider submitting your letters to us and look forward to engaging in future conversations with you over the coming months!
